Tickets
Tickets for the Recital are $12.00 per seat. All seats are reserved and in fairness to all, sales will be as follows:
Advanced Ticket Sales: Please send in a self-addressed stamped envelope with your request for six or fewer tickets. Please specify which days you would like. For example: 3 for Saturday 1:00 and 3 for Sunday 2:00. If you are in need of wheelchair seating please let us know. Your tickets will be pulled at random from the best available for the performance you request. You may request only 6 tickets per family in this advanced sale. There is no limit to the amount of tickets you can purchase on ticket same day. We need to receive your request by April 15th in order to pull your tickets prior to the sale.
Ticket Sale Day April 18, 2010 11:00-1:00
All additional tickets may be purchased at Arabesque on Ticket Sale day which is April 18th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Quantities will not be restricted at this sale. At the sale, please let us know which show you would like tickets for (Saturday 1:00, 7:00, or Sunday 2:00). Also how many you will need for each show. We strongly suggest you buy tickets on April 25th. If you are unable to come to the sale we suggest you ask another parent from your child's class to pick up your tickets. Another option is to provide Miss Barbara with an envelope that has your request in it (check enclosed). Miss Barbara will pull your tickets after the sale. You may purchase any remaining tickets at the show.
PICTURES: Mark your calendars!! Recital pictures will be taken at Arabesque during your child's class from April 17th-22nd. Pictures will be mailed to your home. Envelopes and instructions will be given to you at the end of March. The envelopes will include your choice of packages. You need to send the envelopes (with payment) to class on picture day. Checks are to be made out to "Network Photography".
Attention Parents of "Singing in the Rain": These pre-school aged children will perform in the following show(s). The show your child will perform in is as follows: the Sat. 9:00-10:00 and Mon. 4:30-5:30 classes will perform in the Saturday, May 15th 1:00 show; the Sat. 11:00-12:00 and Wed. 10:00-11:00 classes will perform in the Saturday, May 15th 7:00 show; the Wed. 5:30-6:30 class will perform in the Sunday May 16th 2:00 show.
Room Mothers: We need Room Mothers! If you can volunteer for any of the shows please sign up as soon as possible. The sign up sheet is available at the front desk.
DRESS REHEARSAL WEEK AT ARABESQUE THIS YEAR!!
Dress Rehearsal Week is Saturday, May 8th -Thursday, May 13th: This is a wonderful time for you to take pictures or videos. Students should come in full costume and make up. For those in more than one number, you are to wear the first costume you perform in.
RECITALS: Saturday, May 15, 2010 1:00 p.m. AND 7:00 p.m.; Sunday, May 16, 2010 2:00 p.m.: All recitals will be held at Nathan Hale High School located at 11601 W. Lincoln Avenue, West Allis. All students are expected to be in ALL THREE shows (except "Singing in the Rain"), and report to their Room Mothers in the dressing rooms 30 MINUTES prior to each show. Come in full costume and make up. Please wear a coat or robe over your costume to cover it. Parents leave their child with the Room Mother in charge, go and enjoy the show, and come to pick up your child when the show is over. For safety reasons the dressing room areas will be closed during Intermission. Please send only ONE parent backstage after the show to pick up your child.
FALL REGISTRATION: Mark your calendars! Fall 2010 registration will be August 11th and 12th from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Arabesque.
